We support each athlete in developing a strong, professional, and consistent public presence. We assist in creating and managing social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), integrating authentic content related to training, matches, and daily life to build a solid fanbase and attract sponsors, opportunities, and new fans. Training or fighting in iconic locations like New York or other international venues naturally contributes to the athlete’s growing following and reputation.

and Career Direction
We offer professional, long-term guidance, evaluating every decision with the goal of building a solid, credible, and sustainable career. A boxer’s career is short: there’s no time to waste on pointless opportunities. No match will be just a formality: every bout will be a real challenge, designed to help the athlete grow, gain experience, and rise through the ranks, facing increasingly stronger opponents. When the big opportunity comes, it shouldn’t be a leap into the unknown. We want the athlete to be ready to win — not just to play a supporting role.

Thanks to our direct presence in Italy, New York, and several European countries, we provide access to a selected network of gyms, promoters, and strategic contacts in professional boxing. Our network, built over more than 15 years of activity, allows athletes to train and compete in high-level environments, increasing not only their technical experience but also their visibility and credibility. Training and fighting in places like New York or other strategic European cities is not only a technical opportunity to face strong athletes from different boxing schools, but also a powerful tool for boosting the athlete’s visibility.

ALESSANDRO FRATARCANGELI
Founder – Strategic Direction & Boxing Development
After his experience as an athlete under one of the best boxing coaches in Italy, where he had the chance to challenge himself and experience boxing at a high level, Alessandro chose to work behind the scenes of the sport.
At a very young age, he began organizing events, giving his former training partners the chance to fight and helping young prospects make their debut, learning the inner workings of boxing firsthand.
Outside the ring, he is an entrepreneur with several successful businesses behind him. He combined his strategic mindset with his passion for boxing to build a project with a long-term vision.
He deeply understands the dynamics of promotion, visibility, and brand building—key tools to turn a boxer into a recognized professional.

GIOVANNI BARTOCCI
New York Operations – Image & International Relations
Entrepreneur and influencer based in New York, Giovanni brings to the team his boundless energy, eccentric personality, and a network of connections built between Italy and the United States.
Founder of one of the most well-known restaurants among the Italian community in Manhattan, his venue has become over the years a meeting point for top-level athletes and celebrities, especially during events like the US Open.
A passionate sports fan, visionary, and natural communicator, Giovanni deeply understands the importance of public image and credibility in the professional world.
His business experience, ability to build authentic relationships, and international vision make him a key figure in the overseas development of the Cinderella Promotion project.

ARTAN VERBICA
International Consultant – Matchmaking & Global Relations
Originally from Pristina, Kosovo, Artan Verbica is one of the most respected names in the European and global boxing scene.
An international matchmaker with over 15 years of experience, he has contributed to the organization of more than 250 events across Europe and the rest of the world, becoming a recognized figure known for his expertise, reliability, and vision.
As soon as he learned about the Cinderella Promotion project, he immediately appreciated Alessandro’s vision of boxing and chose to support it as an external consultant and collaborator.
Over time, a strong friendship developed, built on a rare value in the business world: mutual respect between people who keep their word.
Thanks to his vast network, Artan offers boxers unique opportunities to compete in high-level contexts and live international training experiences, facing different boxing styles around the world.

WHO WE DON’T WORK WITH
We don’t promise fairytales.
Our work is based on three sources of income:
∙ A percentage of the tickets sold at your matches — but if you don’t have a strong fanbase, we can’t even cover the costs of organizing the event, which are mainly made up of your purse and your opponent’s, logistics to bring him in, and all the related expenses;
∙ A percentage of sponsorships linked to your image — but if no one follows you, we won’t be able to secure them, or they’ll be low-value;
∙ A percentage of the purses from major events — but those only come after years and years of carefully planned matches, often with no immediate return… assuming you don’t get injured, lose the will to sacrifice, or simply aren’t as strong as you thought you were.
Being a Professional is like being a Business, and every owner invests money into training, advertising, and services to grow it.
This is the only business where someone else is willing to invest in your company to make it grow.
We’re willing to do it because we love this sport and want to see Italian athletes at the top!

A complete path for athletic and professional growth: strategic matchmaking, media exposure, managerial support, and training and fighting opportunities abroad. All tailored to the boxer and developed in synergy with their coach.
How much does it cost to join Cinderella Promotion?
Nothing. Our service has no direct cost for the boxer. We’re the ones investing time, energy, and resources. That’s why we only work with those who have real motivation, a professional mindset, and a strong desire to build.
Do you also work with boxers who already have a coach or a gym?
Absolutely. We don’t replace the coach—we work alongside them. Our goal is to help the boxer grow and provide the team with tools and opportunities that would be harder to access alone.
Can I work with you even if I’m not from Rome or Italy?
Yes. We work with boxers throughout Italy and, thanks to our network in Europe and the USA, we offer valuable international experiences. What matters is that you’re willing to move, step up, and follow a shared plan.
How does Cinderella Promotion make money?
Through three channels:
• a percentage of the tickets sold at your matches;
• a percentage of sponsorships linked to your image;
• a percentage of your match purses.
We only earn if your career truly grows.
I don’t have a fanbase. Is that a problem?
Not if you’re willing to work on it. We help you build it step by step through content, strategy, meaningful experiences, and social media presence. Today, your image is part of your job as a professional.
I’m just starting out. Can I apply?
Yes, if you’re ready to sacrifice and build something great. We’re not looking for perfect boxers—we’re looking for real people with hunger and the right mindset. Talent alone isn’t enough. And work without direction isn’t either.
